Come join us every third Saturday of the month for a free class all about herbs and how to use them. Come join the discussion and meet new friends in the community. All are welcome!

Herb of the Month:
MORINGA: In May, we will be discussing Moringa, sometimes referred to as the miracle tree because of it's many health benefits.
MAGNESIUM: We will also have one of our shop vendors, Sidra from Desert Sage, discuss magnesium- and what crucial role it plays for vital health functions.
HERBAL MEDICINE FOR BEGINNERS CLASS
Love herbs, but don't know where to begin?
This class is your perfect starting point! Renae with Khroma Herbs will show you how herbs and herbal medicine are much more accessible than you may think. If you work with herbs- you are an herbalist! Here is some of what she will cover:
- What plants are medicinal and how do we use them?
- How do I know what plants are best for me?
- What is the difference between herbal medicine and essential oils?
- How do I incorporate herbs into my everyday life?
- What is the difference between a tincture and a tea? What are the benefits of each?
- Bring your questions!
